The Encore Hybrid takes a different approach than most bats in this tier. Easton starts with an R5 alloy barrel, thins the walls by 30%, then fills the interior with Thermo Composite Technology — an alloy/composite hybrid designed for a larger sweet spot and better trampoline effect than standard alloy. PureLynk CXN connects barrel to handle for a stiff feel; Power Boost soft knob reduces bottom-hand sting. Drop 5 only. Note: the 30" and 31" carry a 2 5/8" barrel; the 32" steps up to 2 3/4".
