Team breakdown
Tournaments
Circuits the team competes in
Circuits
Typical schedule: New York and Florida teams play ~7 tournaments a summer (more locally focused); national teams play the four major PG events: BCS/Hoover, WWBA, and PG series (PGF). Some PBR events mixed in.
Training
How the team develops players
Training equipment
Training is organized by age group, not one size fits all. Ex: 15u NY and 15u National train together, while 16u/17u have dedicated "TrackMan days." We get video and TrackMan data on every player, so all players have material to send to college coaches. Practices/workouts are tied closely to recruiting exposure: winter training is designed to keep players sharp and keep metrics up heading into the summer national tournament circuit.
Travel

Local travel
Regional travel
National travel
New York/Florida teams: mostly stay in-region, local/regional travel (e.g., a 15u NY team stays mostly in the region) National teams: travel to major national tournaments (Hoover/Alabama, WWBA, PGF) National/cross-country travel, made up of players from all over, primarily Northeast-based. Local/regional for the NY & FL age-group teams, national for the dedicated "national" teams.

Recruiting
Support reaching the next level
Program offers recruiting support
- Program has established connections with coaches at most power 4 programs. - Coaches are contacted ahead of major tournaments to make sure they're on-site to see specific players. - National team exposure: players are put in front of coaches at the marquee PG events (Hoover/BCS, WWBA, PGF), where recruiters are already expecting to see them by name. - Name recognition: program's reputation carries weight. Coaches often recognize and seek out Showtime players at events even without a prior personal connection - Dedicated recruiting staff by division: there's a head of recruiting assigned separately for the National program, New York, and Florida groups, each coordinating exposure for their players. Local Scouting Weekend — at the start of each summer, the 16U and 17U New York teams play each other in a showcase-style event specifically to bring in local coaches. - Data backed profiles: TrackMan data and video are collected on all players (to showcase to coaches)
