How the team develops players
The program runs weekly workouts and weekend games throughout its season. A weekly email is sent each Monday with that week's practice schedule and weekend games, and participants sign up for individual sessions via links in the email.

Program offers recruiting support
The site states the program is intended to let players create opportunities for exposure at the high school and college levels. It does not advertise or hold open tryouts; the director invites players he considers ready for that exposure.
