East End Baseball Academy, also operating under the names Top Tier Aviators and East End Aviators, is a Long Island youth baseball program based in Medford, NY. It offers private lessons, camps, and travel teams for players roughly age 7 through 18, and is owned by Jason Galbraith.

Tryout for new players only, indoors at Eastend Baseball Academy. 8U-12U 6:00 to 7:15 PM; 13U-18U 7:15 to 8:30 PM. Check in 15 minutes early in full baseball attire. The $20 fee is collected at the tryout.

How the team develops players
The academy offers private lessons in pitching, batting, infield, catching, and strength & conditioning, with instructional drill videos posted to its YouTube channel at no cost. Strength and conditioning work is also supported through a partnership with Determined Sports Performance. As of fall 2026, winter workouts run four days a week for eight weeks: classroom, cage, bullpen and fielding.
