ESP Baseball & Softball is a training facility and travel organization in Oswego, Illinois, founded in January 2009 by Mark Dalesandro, Macey Brooks, and Tadd Gibson. It fields baseball and softball teams from roughly 8U through 18U out of a facility on Mitchell Drive.
Circuits the team competes in
14U-and-under teams play 40-50 games plus 7-8 tournaments per season.
How the team develops players
Facility offers tunnel and field house rentals, plus individual and team instruction across hitting, fielding, catching, and pitching. Individual sessions run 30 minutes; team instruction is priced per instructor session either at the facility or off-site.
How far the team travels
Some 2026-2027 tournaments are held out of state, alongside local mid-week development games.
Support reaching the next level
Program offers recruiting support
One staff member's role includes guidance on the college recruiting process; 15U-18U players have college exposure opportunities from Memorial Day through late July after the high school season.
